1. TICKETS

SALE
Tickets for the Schweiz. Detailhandelstagung and the Swiss Omnichannel Forum of the Schweiz. Marketing-Forum, organized by Amadeus Events Promotion AG, can be purchased via www.marketing-forum.ch. The purchase agreement between Amadeus Events Promotion AG (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) and the customer becomes effective as soon as the customer confirms the purchase by clicking the respective confirmation button. The Organizer is entitled to appoint a third party (hereinafter referred to as a Subcontractor) to operate the website, manage ticket sales, and administer the events. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets that may be purchased by a customer and to refuse admission to any of the events.

TICKET PRICE
The ticket price includes all applicable fees but excludes the statutory VAT of 8.1%.

PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods are credit card (Visa and Mastercard), TWINT, and payment by bank transfer/invoice.

DELIVERY
Customers will receive their tickets by email. The QR code contained in the email must be presented upon entry to the event venue.

TICKET RETURNS AND RESALE
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. The resale of tickets is not permitted. However, tickets may be transferred to another person within the same company.

DISCOUNTS
The Organizer reserves the right to grant discounts. In such cases, customers may be required to present valid identification at the event entrance to verify their eligibility.

2. VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDINGS

VISITORS / CUSTOMERS
Visitors and customers are strictly prohibited from making video and/or audio recordings at events organized by Amadeus Events Promotion AG.

THE ORGANIZER
The Organizer may take photographs and/or record the event using audio and/or video equipment. By attending the event, the customer agrees that the Organizer and/or its authorized third parties may use photographs and/or recordings in which the customer is identifiable for documentation, promotional, and other legitimate business purposes.

3. HOUSE RULES

The house rules of the respective event venue shall apply. Customers whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate may be removed from the event by the venue staff or security personnel.

4. PROGRAM CHANGES AND EVENT CANCELLATIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, as well as to the date, time, and venue of the event. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund of the ticket price. If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

The Organizer also reserves the right to cancel an event at short notice. In such cases, the full ticket purchase price stated on the ticket will be refunded to the customer without any processing fees. Any further claims for compensation or liability are expressly excluded. Unless otherwise specified, refund claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the scheduled date of the event.

5. DATA PROTECTION

The customer agrees that the personal data provided during the purchase process may be processed by the Organizer or its Subcontractor and used for marketing and promotional purposes. Neither the Organizer nor the Subcontractor will disclose or share the customer's personal data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for the provision of the services.

6. LIABILITY

The Organizer shall only be liable for damage suffered by a customer during attendance at an event organized by Amadeus Events Promotion AG in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct in the performance of its contractual obligations. Liability for defective products and for any indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with the sale of tickets by Amadeus Events Promotion AG and the organization and execution of events by Amadeus Events Promotion AG shall be the Canton of Uri, Switzerland.
